Project Description

The Denver Justice Center Project (DJC) is a massive state-of-the-art judicial complex in downtown Denver. The project consists of a courthouse, a detention center, an underground tunnel, a parking garage, and a tree line plaza.

Services Provided

RJ Pagan & Associates worked as a sub consultant to Belair Excavating and was responsible for designing and preparing RFC drawings for two water quality vaults, one for the detention facility and the other for the courthouse.


Suncor Energy Tank Farm Upgrade

Project Description

Suncor Energy required civil and structural engineering and design services for the installation of a new crude oil storage tank and above ground pipelines an existing oil storage and pumping facility located in Guernsey, Wyoming.

Services Provided

RJ Pagan & Associates conducted site visits, field investigations, static and dynamic loading calculations of structural steel pipe racks for a new 16” and 20” crude oil line, grading and drainage design, survey interface, geotechnical engineering coordination, reinforced concrete foundation designs, and detailed plan preparation.


Wadley Farms

Project Description

Wadley Farms filing number three is a residential community in Brighton, Colorado. The Home Owner’s Association (HOA) was planning upgrades to the main entrance and required assistance with the establishment of a custom stone marker.

Services Provided

RJ Pagan & Associates was contracted by the HOA to provide a foundation design for the residential entry sign structure. An on-site evaluation was conducted to examine the location, soil, travel patterns and sign structure. RJ Pagan provided structural foundation calculations and engineered drawings that outlined the best support and placement for the stone slab.
